This question may not be really easy to answer but rather simple question: Should I RMA my graphics card? It's an EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0 FTW. I previously felt the card that my PC originally had the same card back because it was defective. (Crashing, artificating) I got a good deal from my games, I can not keep a solid 60 FPS. Every now and then, I get stuttering where the 60 FPS that I easily hold drops down to 56/57 FPS for a second split, but it makes more than a freeze for about 1/2 of a second. It's a little crazy, especially in games like Insurgency or Chivalry: Medieval Warfare when you're in the midst of fighting and it hitches. In those two particular games, the FPS drops all the way down to 30 and 40 FPS, and this is with a i74790K. The games are also far from demanding; anyone could play them.
Any help will be apprecited.
